That’s why I decided to begin blogging about what I have learned in my fitness journey and share interesting tips, recipes, workouts, and strategies to integrate your fitness goals seamlessly into your everyday life.
I first got into weightlifting and working out in college about 4 years ago. Before, I was always in relatively good shape but as I got older became more relaxed. I eventually got to a point where my athletic performance was declining and I was not completely satisfied with my physique. I realized something needed to change. This led to countless hours of google searches like “5 best tips to get a six pack,” “10 best exercise to build muscle,” and “Best foods to eat to lose fat.” Here I began where most people do going from gimic to gimic, trying to find the "best" way to reach my goals. I never really stuck to anything long term. I didn’t trust in the process. I realize now what mistakes I was making and how to optimize my efforts. My goal with this blog is to share the knowledge I've gained so you can reach your goals in the easiest and most enjoyable way possible.
